application-leptos-components — Forge UI shell wrapping platform-leptos-components.
Composable via ForgeApp::register(LeptosComponentsModule::new()). The actual UI (SPA shell / components / WASM substrate) lives in the library crate; this wrapper just makes it part of the framework composition graph.
B-009 Gate-0.5 investigation: platform-leptos-components (crates/platform/leptos-components) ships no migrations/ directory — it is a Leptos frontend component library (buttons, modals, tables, pagination, etc.) that only depends on platform-dto for shared data shapes; it owns no Postgres schema. Nothing to vendor; migrations() staying empty is correct, not an oversight.
