application-staff-ui — Forge UI shell wrapping platform-staff-ui.

Composable via ForgeApp::register(StaffUiModule::new()). The actual UI (SPA shell / components / WASM substrate) lives in the library crate; this wrapper just makes it part of the framework composition graph.

B-009 Gate-0.5 finding: platform-staff-ui (crates/platform/staff-ui) ships no migrations/ directory — it is a client-side UI shell (auth context, module registry, router, per-module components) with no database of its own; every table its screens touch is owned by the domain module that mounts into it. migrations() staying empty is correct, not an oversight. permission_codes() also stays empty: the library crate's ModuleDescriptor::permissions (src/modules.rs) is a generic per-registered-module field, not a fixed vocabulary this crate itself defines — there is no platform-staff-ui-owned permission constant to draw from.
